Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
By using Leksi (leksi.co), you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are intentionally short and written in plain English.
What Leksi Is
Leksi is an AI-powered news analysis tool. It searches publicly available news articles from multiple outlets and uses a large language model to detect how each outlet frames the same story — surfacing factual discrepancies, framing differences, and omissions between sources.
Leksi is not a news publisher. The service does not produce original reporting. All news content originates from third-party publishers who retain full copyright over their work. Leksi links to original articles and does not reproduce them.
AI-Generated Content
All analysis, summaries, verdicts, and key-point extractions on Leksi are produced by a large language model (currently Llama 3.3 70B via Together.ai). AI can make errors. Leksi makes no warranty that any analysis is complete, accurate, or up to date.
You should verify important information with the original sources before acting on it. Leksi is a reading aid, not a replacement for independent verification.
Not Professional Advice
Nothing on Leksi constitutes financial, legal, medical, political, or investment advice. Do not make consequential decisions — financial trades, medical treatments, legal actions, or votes — based solely on Leksi analysis.
Intellectual Property
Original news articles and their content belong to the respective publishers. Leksi links to these articles and analyses them under principles of fair use, but does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
Leksi's own AI-generated analysis text, site design, branding, and code are © 2026 Leksi. You may share digest page URLs freely. You may not systematically scrape or reproduce Leksi content at scale without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use automated tools to generate excessive requests that degrade service performance; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the service; use Leksi outputs to generate or amplify disinformation; violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Subscriptions and Notifications
Email subscriptions require explicit double opt-in confirmation and can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link in any digest email. Push notifications require explicit browser permission and can be revoked at any time in your browser settings.
Service Availability
Leksi is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leksi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Leksi after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.
